What makes a request reviewable

For roadway or area lighting, provide a plan with scale, road or activity geometry, pole constraints, mounting height, setback, target criteria and boundary conditions. State whether existing infrastructure remains in place and identify conflict areas such as crossings, junctions or spectator views.

For autonomous solar lighting, add coordinates, shading observations, operating hours, dimming schedule, required autonomy and ambient-temperature range. A solar module or battery capacity cannot be assessed independently from the load profile and local resource. If a resource dataset is already mandated, identify its source and period.

For controls, name the intended switching, 0–10V, DALI-2 or network functions, safe fallback, monitoring requirement and commissioning owner. Protocol names alone do not establish interoperability, sensor coverage or behavior after communications loss.

For documents and delivery, include configuration, quantity, destination, milestone and any applicable authority requirements. UL, CE and RoHS references are checked for the selected product and market. A website mention is not a final submittal or commercial commitment.

For service, provide installed product identification, commissioning settings, fault observations, photographs and environmental conditions. A bench or field test can verify behavior under the observed setup, but it cannot establish every long-term weather, battery or surge outcome. Identify the local authority, design consultant, electrical contractor and asset owner when known, because photometric acceptance, foundations, commissioning and maintenance may belong to different parties. Clear ownership prevents an equipment question from concealing a civil or operational dependency.
